3. Project Terms & Agreements

  • Prior to the start of any project, a written agreement or proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing must be discussed and signed by all involved parties.

  • Once the agreement and proposal are approved and any initial deposits are submitted, the project will officially begin.

  • If any changes need to be made along the way (ie. new ideas, extra revisions, added deliverables), the agreement and proposal will be updated to reflect said changes and re-sent to any involved parties to remain transparent and on the same page.

    Creative Rights & Ownership

    • As the artist, all early sketches, drafts, and unused ideas remain my intellectual property.

    • The final deliverables (ie. files, drawings, graphics, photos, etc.) are delivered after the remaining balance is paid.

    • Payments are non‑refundable once work has begun, even if the project is abandoned by the client. If the project is abandoned by the client, compensation for any work completed before the next scheduled payment must be paid to me, the artist. If I, the artist, for any reason need to abandon the project, a partial or full refund will be issued, as determined by the circumstances surrounding the abandonment.

    • Late payments may include additional fees.
